Yard safety & liability
I understand that a towing and vehicle-storage yard is an active industrial environment. Hazards may include moving vehicles and equipment, uneven or slippery ground, gravel, ice, snow, mud, broken glass, sharp metal, vehicle fluids, unstable vehicles, poor lighting, weather conditions, and other known or unknown hazards.
I voluntarily request permission to enter the yard or access the vehicle. I accept responsibility for my personal safety, my actions, and the actions of any person accompanying me.
I agree to follow all instructions given by North Idaho Towing employees. I will remain only in authorized areas and will not enter the yard without employee permission or supervision when supervision is required.
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, I assume the risks associated with entering the yard and accessing the vehicle. I release and hold harmless North Idaho Towing, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, property owners, and affiliated companies from claims for personal injury, property damage, loss, or other harm arising from my voluntary yard access, except to the extent a release is prohibited by applicable law.
I accept responsibility for any damage, loss, expense, claim, or injury caused by my conduct, my negligence, my unauthorized removal of property, or my failure to follow this agreement or staff instructions.
I understand that North Idaho Towing is not responsible for damage to personal property that I handle, remove, leave behind, or transport.
Access to the vehicle does not transfer possession, ownership, custody, or control of the vehicle. It does not authorize removal of the vehicle and does not create a new bailment or storage agreement.
North Idaho Towing may refuse, suspend, or terminate yard access when necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or protection of property.
